Erich Fradenburg
Associate Financial Advisor
Erich is an Associate Financial Advisor at Leigh Baldwin & Co., bringing nearly two decades of experience in financial services, relationship management, and business development. He began his career in 2007 at Pioneer Investments in Boston, where he advanced from customer service to internal sales consulting, ultimately becoming a National Sales Associate in Business Development.
Erich later joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, expanding his expertise in client-focused financial planning. Over the years, he has worked with boutique investment firms to promote proprietary products, gaining a deep understanding of the diverse approaches’ advisors take to serve their clients.
A native of Cazenovia, NY, Erich earned his degree in Economics, minor in Business from the State University of New York at Albany. After 15 years in Boston, he returned to Central New York with his wife, Catherine, to raise their two sons, Bronner and Bode, in Manlius.
Outside the office, Erich is an active member of his community—volunteering as a youth lacrosse coach, teaching his kids to ski, and always tackling a new DIY project around the house. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence and clarity.
